Princess is the daughter of Duchess, who is also profiled in the website. Both Princess and Duchess were found abandoned in a yard. Princess was an infant at the time and were rescued into a foster home until they were ready to come into the shelter to be placed into loving homes.

Princess is a very pretty mostly white and black short hair with lovely markings. She is about six or seven months old, in excellent health, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV.

We were hoping we could place them both together, but it has not worked out that way. We would still be open to that notion, but it is time to move on. Princess was doted over by her mom and was a little shy socializing with the other cats in the shelter. Since we gave them individual cages and not so attached to her mom, she has very much become a social/playful kitty with the other cats. You would say she is growing up.

How often would you have the opportunity to adopt royalty. We want to place Princess in a multi-cat home, with either a lady in waiting kitty or maybe a handsome prince kitty to share in a forever home.

Princess is up to date with routine shots, house trained and spayed.

If you are interested in Princess, please fill out an adoption application and you will be contacted.

You can meet Princess at the Marblehead Animal Shelter, 44 Village Street, on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm, on Fridays from 5:00 pm to 7:00pm, Saturdays from noon to 5:00pm and Sundays from noon to 3:00 pm. For more information, call 781 631-8664.
